Arthur Watkins Crisp was born on 26 April 1881 in Hamilton, Ontario and after 28 June 1974 he lived in Biddeford Pool, Maine.
Arthur Watkins Crisp was a Canadian painter, muralist, and designer. He was elected into the National Academy of Design in 1920 as an Associate member, and became a full Academician in 1937.
